Specialties

We are a from scratch business making our own pastries and breads. We also cook whole turkeys, roast beef, chickens, etc. for our sandwiches. The same applies for everything we make from soups to dressings and basically everything we serve. We sell our croutons (made from our sourdough bread) and granola(wildly popular). We serve a premium coffee and squeeze orange and grapefruit juice daily. We sell a lot of baked goods, from croissants to cookies, cakes, pies and a nice assortment of breakfast pastries.

    I have always loved Simple Simon's since Susie opened it way back in the 1980s. I crave the Curry Turkey. I remember the Whole Wheat Seed bread they had in the 1980s and wish they still had it. I wish Susie made more dessert items like in the past but that doesn't make me love this place less. I don't like the parking problems the City put on people just to eat lunch. I used to be able to park right behind her back door and walk right in. A lot of my past was spent there eating and drinking coffee.

    Had breakfast here this morning I was really pleased. The Frenchtoast was delish and the chicken apple sausage were homemade! Service wad great also!

    Its a nice rustic styled bistro serving very good sandwiches. The atmosphere is what really hooked me.
